Advertising Rules
Advertising with Your Wedding at Loch Lomond is free. We have a simple but strict process to ensure fair submission of your wedding company’s details. Please take the time to read this page in full.

  • You must service the Loch Lomond area (we may recommend certain other directories if it is felt they are better suited to your requirements)
  • You must evidence this BEFORE your advert will be considered (business address, testimonials, pictures etc)
  • When making initial enquiries, please provide full details of your company, especially website address. This enables us to identify genuine enquiries.
  • Adverts are displayed in the order they are received, the sooner you submit the higher in the relevant category you will be displayed.
  • Adverts are added to the directory every fortnight, if not sooner. We thank you for your patience.
  • We make no guarantees as to the number of enquiries you will receive from our directory.
  • Suppliers listed on our directory are the first to hear of wedding fairs we organise (through emails and social media private messages). However, exhibiting space is allocated to these suppliers strictly on a first come first served basis. Non advertisers are only considered in the event we are unable to fill exhibiting space with advertisers.
  • We regularly check we are still being linked back to, and may remove advertisements without prior warning if no link is found.
  • Any supplier who consistently behaves in a manner we consider unprofessional will have their advertisements removed without warning. Abusive and/or threatening behaviour will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Advertisement contents
  • Adverts can contain a max of three images and one logo. These will be placed if possible and cannot be guaranteed to be included.
  • Your content should be no longer than fifty words (excluding your website link / Email address / contact number)
  • Your submission should be made in a word document, with images/logos attached separately, in JPG or GIF format, forwarded to info@yourweddingatlochlomond.co.uk
  • Venues have their own pages -  contact us for information.
